Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IntentCable ("the Service"), operated by Bengin Cetindere, a sole proprietor registered in Germany ("I", "me", or "my"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Use of the Service
IntentCable reads the site you give it, works out who is likely to buy from you, and searches the platform you pay for, X or LinkedIn or both, for public posts that look like a lead. Every lead the Service finds worth showing you comes with a reply already drafted in your own voice. The Service never posts anything on your behalf. You review every draft, edit it if you want to, and post it yourself from your own account.
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at my sole discretion, and to change what a search covers or how a reply is drafted as the Service is improved.
3. Accounts
You need an account, with a verified email address, to use the Service. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account and for keeping your password confidential.
4. Your Content
When you use the Service, you give it:
- Your site URL and the answers you give when it asks about your business;
- Your handle on the platform you pay for, and notes or examples of how you write, so replies can be drafted in your voice.
You retain ownership of everything you give the Service. You grant me a limited license to process and store it to provide the Service. The drafted replies and the read of your business the Service produces for you are yours to use.
You may not use the Service to draft or post anything illegal, harassing, or that infringes on the rights of others, and you are responsible for whatever you choose to post from a draft.
5. Your First 48 Hours and Subscription
A new account gets its first 48 hours free on the platform you choose at signup, starting when your business read is approved: the Service's real read of your business, the questions it asks you, and real leads with the replies drafted, at no cost and with no card on file.
After your first 48 hours, running X costs $39 a month, running LinkedIn costs $39 a month, and running both costs $69 a month, each flat. I am the seller of the Service and the party you contract with; I issue your invoice and I am responsible for any tax due on it. Card payments are processed on my behalf by Stripe, which handles your payment details so that they never reach my systems (see Section 6 and the Privacy Policy). You can cancel at any time from the billing page; canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period, except where required by law. If a payment fails, the Service keeps running for a short grace period before it stops.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service is built on the following providers, each processing data as described in the Privacy Policy:
- Cloudflare (hosting, database, background jobs, bot protection)
- Resend (email)
- PostHog (analytics, self-hosted)
- Stripe (payment processing and subscription billing)
- twitterapi.io (X search)
- HarvestAPI (LinkedIn search)
- OpenRouter and Z.ai (large language models that read your site, judge posts and draft replies)
- Langfuse (tracing of the above)
- Tawk.to (live chat support)
Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where you interact with them directly (for example, the Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages). See the Privacy Policy for what each one does with your data.
7. AI Content and Limitations
The Service uses AI to judge which posts are worth your time and to draft replies. While I aim for accuracy, a judgement can be wrong and a draft can be off: it is a starting point, not a finished reply, and you are expected to read and, where needed, edit anything before you post it. The Service should not be relied on to guarantee any particular number of leads, any reply rate, or any business outcome.
8. Termination
I may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if I believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or used it in a way that risks the accounts or standing of other users on X or LinkedIn.
You may delete your account at any time from Preferences. Doing so permanently deletes your account and the data described in the Privacy Policy, and cancels any active subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IntentCable and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including any consequence of a post you chose to publish from a drafted reply, or any action taken against your X or LinkedIn account by that platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntentCable and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, anything you post from a drafted reply, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any legal disputes are resolved in the courts of Germany.
12. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact me, or write to bengin@intentcable.com.
